TRAINING 1:1
I offer personal training, which is the most effective form of physical exercise. It's a 60-minute session under my guidance on any number of days per week, depending on the client's fitness level, needs, and availability. The training includes a warm-up, individually tailored exercises, and such an important muscle stretching routine immediately after the exercises. Thanks to personal training, everyone can achieve their fitness goals quickly and safely.

Kangoo Jumps is a full-body workout lasting 60 minutes. This bouncy aerobic exercise is perfect for those who aren't fans of muscle soreness.
