"LEGS BUMS AND TUMS"
Is a full-body workout that focuses on toning the flabby areas of your thighs, bum, and stomach. The classes start with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for the workout.


CIRCUIT TRAINING
Is a fast-paced workout that can tone your body and shed fat. It involves moving around different exercise stations and performing each exercise as many times as possible in a set amount of time.
